Infant Childcare Teacher

Summary We are looking for a Infant Childcare Teacher to encourage the cognitive, social, emotional, and physical growth of the children in our facilities.
You must have the ability to work well with children of all ages to inspire learning through play.
The daycare is based on an age-appropriate curriculum that will lay a strong educational foundation for their lives.
Duties Design and follow a full schedule of activities from our philosophy based on Creative Curriculum while meeting each child?s basic needs Have a positive proactive style of communication to work with a team of teachers as well as parents To continue education in the field of Early Childhood Development for a specific age group To promote Step Up to Quality standards for the state of Ohio Adhere to all State Licensing Requirements Requirements Meet medical and background check requirements of state/local childcare regulatory agency Must be 18 years of age and have a high school diploma or equivalent Must have reliable transportation Obtain certificate in first aid and CPR within thirty days of employment Must be able to lift and handle children thirty-five pounds Nice To Haves College degree preferred Teach exercise/fun fitness programs Benefits Employee assistance program Professional development assistance About Us Located in Brunswick, Ohio, Wonder Years Childcare is a full-service daycare center offering childcare services for children 6 weeks to 10 years of age.
