In search of: Child Care Floaters/Substitutes who have a passion for working with infant through school-age children and their families in a caring, educational setting that is rooted in the mission of the YMCA, a non-profit, charity organization.
Hours/Shift: Monday through Friday Floaters: 10AM-2PM or 2PM-6PM Subs: Availability between 630AM- 630PM Shift hours may vary based on need Part time position-up to 30 hours per week Pay Rate: $ 12.

Serve as a caring adult & professional role model for children ages six weeks to 12 years old by inspiring learning that promotes a child's physical, social and cognitive development.
Encourages healthy & safe behaviors and create a positive experience while ensuring safety & proper supervision of all.
Works cooperatively with Lead Teacher in implementing and developing daily lessons and activities that meets the needs of the group.
Build relationships with parents and other adults in order to foster a supportive environment for each child.
Be a part of an amazing team of staff focused on supporting children as they grow and learn.
Execute State Licensing and Step Up to Quality requirements in order to provide a quality care environment.
