We are seeking career-minded childcare teachers to care for and inspire our youngest learners at our Streetsboro and Aurora campuses.
Candidates must be kind, possess a love of children, have a positive attitude, have an understanding of child development, and have a professional appearance.
Bachelors or associate degrees preferred but will consider recent, relevant experience.
Responsibilities include
* Lovingly attending to the children’s needs
* Creating engaging activities to help little ones meet developmental milestones
* Completing assessments
* Ensuring compliance with all state rules
* Communicating professionally with family members
* Cleaning the classroom and caring for materials
* Contributing to the team with a focus on the YE mission
