*Job Overview:* Join our finance team as a Credit Coordinator.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional to support the credit and accounts receivable functions.
The Credit Coordinator will play a vital role in ensuring accurate and efficient credit processes, assisting with customer accounts, and contributing to the overall financial health of the organization.
*Responsibilities:* *Credit Application Processing:* * Review and process customer credit applications in accordance with established policies.
* Verify applicant information, including credit references and financial data.
* Communicate credit decisions to customers and internal stakeholders.
*Customer Account Maintenance:* * Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer credit files.
* Update customer credit limits based on credit evaluations and payment history.
* Assist customers with inquiries related to their credit accounts.
*Collections Support:* * Monitor overdue accounts and follow up with customers regarding outstanding balances and payment arrangements.
* Provide timely and accurate information to support collections efforts.
*Reporting:* * Generate and analyze reports related to credit applications, credit limits, and aging analysis.
* Prepare regular reports for management on credit portfolio performance.
*Documentation and Compliance:* * Ensure that all credit-related documentation is complete and accurate.
* Stay informed about relevant regulations and compliance requirements.
*Qualifications:* * High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework in finance or accounting is a plus.
