Job Title: Appliance Repair / Installation Administrator
Overview: Responsible for the administrative tasks related to the appliance installation and repair customer experience.
Responsibilities include preparation of install folders, scheduling of various installation functions, and closeout of the folders.
Responsibilities will also include answering phones for the appliance repair and installation areas and handle administrative tasks for the department.
Essential Duties:
Work with customers, sales personnel, contractors and installers to facilitate the efficient installation of newly purchased appliances.
Answer customer calls and create service orders
Efficiently route service calls to technicians
Return messages and call back customers who need rescheduled
Perform various service, install, billing, and logistic tasks
Prepare installation folders
Communicate with service and install technicians
Strong computer skills
Good customer interaction skills
Ability to quickly adapt to both business and customer needs
