Primary Job Responsibilities:
_Responsibilities include but are not limited to- _
* Conduct initial client intakes, ensuring all necessary pre-admission and intake tasks and forms are completed.
* Answering and responding to incoming mental health program inquiries/referrals via telephone, fax, and/or internet in a timely manner.
* Providing information to potential clients and families regarding the outpatient and intensive outpatient programs and admissions procedures.
* Maintain accurate, thoroughly documented client records with a quality of documentation that meets highest level of standards.
* Communicate with insurance companies to ensure documentation is meeting insurance standards.
* Provide consultation with insurance companies to advocate for medical necessity of services rendered.
* Providing follow-up to referral sources and families regarding status of client.
* Support facility by assisting with ad hoc duties.
* Perform administrative tasks, including but not limited to scanning and uploading documents into electronic health record system and to clinical staff members, as requested.
* Attend team meetings as scheduled to ensure quality care for clients.
* Communicate with Operations and Clinical to ensure clients are meeting program requirements.
* Participate in staff meetings when appropriate.
* Comply with local, state, and federal confidentiality laws and regulations.
* Collaborate with professionals both within and outside the agency, as appropriate.
* Demonstrate sensitivity and responsiveness to cultural differences.
* Abide by code of ethics and model values.
* Assist Business development with organizing, scheduling, tours .
as other duties assigned.

Qualifications:
* Effective oral and written communication skills;
* Excellent organizational and time management skills;
* Familiarity with Windows based computer software.
Must be able to use Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM.
EHR
* Proficiency in typing on a computer keyboard.
* Solid problem-solving skills and an ability to multi-task;
* Compassionate with teamwork skills;
* Bachelors in social work, psychology or recognized mental health discipline, preferred
* Ability to work independently as well as a part of a team.
* Ability to oversee accurate quantitative review of chart records and documentation.
* Ability to pass background check.
