KPOT seeks an experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager at our *Canton, OH *location.
Should have minimum two-years’ experience in a Restaurant Manager/ leadership role, within a casual family dining concept.
Must be ServSafe or local _Food handlers _certified.
Salary range: DOE.
*Responsibilities:*
Oversight of all restaurant departments
* Adherence to brand standards and operational procedures
* Adherence to all Federal, State, and Local guidelines
* Integrates all company initiatives and emphasizes with applicable staff
* Hiring and staffing the restaurant to meet established staffing pars
* Daily log in of Social Media accounts
* Follow-up on corrective action where necessary
