LPN Home Health Scheduler

Responsibilities • Our Scheduler must possess strong communication skills with attention to detail, while developing positive relationships with our clients • Communicates with all caregivers, and clients to adjust and/or add shifts, work hours, and fill open shifts with other office team members • Assures that all logs are accurate and updated for caregivers and client relating to human resources, profiles, scheduling, and availability • Conducts Scheduling Orientation and training of caregivers ensuring they meet caregiving expectations and tasks for assigned clients • Accepts and transfers calls to and from clients, families, facilities and other entities and triage to the appropriate internal, or external personnel • Serves in a rotating On-Call function with other office staff Must have Home Health experience and valid LPN license Job Type: Full-time Pay: $22.
