Job Description:
PRN agency pool for multiple facilities in Northeast Ohio ranging from Long Term Care, Rehabilitation, and Dementia related care.
LPN is responsible for care of residents in the long term care facility; responsibilities include but are not limited to daily assessment, medication administration, COVID related assessment, assisting with activities of daily living, and assisting other staff in the care of the resident.
Open shifts will be shared with employee as available and employee is expected to pick up as able.
Necessary Skills:
LPN Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
Requires the professional knowledge and skills necessary to plan, organize, develop and direct the operation of the Nursing Department in accordance with current state and federal regulations to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.
Current LPN licensure in the state employed
Basic Life Support Certification
Driver’s License
