The home health aide is a member of the medical team who works under the supervision of a registered nurse and performs various personal care services as necessary to meet the client’s needs in a home care or facility setting.

What you'll do:
* Assist patients with activities of daily living, such as, light housekeeping, preparing a meal, assisting with personal hygiene, grocery shopping.
* Provide companionship and conversation
* Teach patient essential self-care skills, as needed.
What we're looking for:
* Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA or STNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certificate, preferred;
* One (1) year of verifiable health aide/healthcare experience accepted in place of the certifications listed above.
* Attention to detail; able to carefully follow instructions and document notes regarding a patient's condition.
* Reliable transportation to/from care sites and/or work location.
