Community Health Care is looking for an experienced full-time IT Professional for our fast-paced medical group, with over 250 active users.

Responsibilities:
Communicate with providers, staff, and vendors regarding their IT needs and providing solutions
Troubleshoot issues with computers and networking, both on site and remotely
Order and configure laptops and desktops for the specific user need
Maintain computers through routine software maintenance for optimal performance
Requirements:
Associate or bachelor's degree in computer technology; healthcare environment experience a plus
Experience with Microsoft 365 and Windows operating systems; Azure proficiency a plus
Troubleshooting skills with the mechanics of computer, computer repairs, and service interruptions of hardware or internet
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Willingness to accept guided instruction or mentoring
Excellent communication skills
Organized workflow, critical thinker, creative solution finder, and excellent work ethic
