As a Field Service Technician, you will shine as you multitask and manage a full customer workload.
You will be responsible for the timely and cost-effective maintenance and repair of office product equipment and for promoting and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction with our service and products.
What you will be doing:
Maximizing equipment up-time through timely repair
Engaging the customer to assure satisfaction
Managing time to be most effective
What you will bring to the role:
Ability to troubleshoot and think independently
Mechanical and electrical aptitude and demonstrated skills
Knowledge of basic networking
Computer and analytical skills
High School Diploma required Electronics or Computer Associates Degree preferred
Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds.
Pull, lift, reach and transport equipment parts and boxes
Must have a reliable vehicle with a clean driving record
Must be at least 21 years of age
Must have a valid driver’s license issued in your state of residence
