The Building Services Coordinator/Maintenance Director will maintain the interior and exterior physical plant, equipment, and grounds.
Recruit, hire, train, supervise, and develop housekeeping and building services staff.
Purchase, account for, and track housekeeping and building services supplies and equipment.

Education: High School Diploma
Skills: Must be able to read, write, and speak the English language in an understandable manner
Years of Experience: 1-2 years building plant experience including HVAC maintenance, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, minor construction, and associated repairs as required to ensure resident comfort and safety, preventive maintenance of building, and ground maintenance
License: N/A
Certification: N/A
Physical Demands: Requires the physical ability to climb, stoop, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
