13 WEEK CONTRACT: $2800-3000/wk Guaranteed-START ASAP RN First Assist Days 7a-330p Completion of an accredited program for First Assisting Certified Nurse in the Operating Room (CNOR) through the Association of Operating Room Nurses (AORN) is required.
Provides assistance to the surgeon during surgical procedures including exposure, hemostasis, suturing, tying, tissue manipulation, closing wounds, and applying dressings.
Collaborates with the surgical team, assumes responsibility for the care and safety of patients during surgical procedures.
Facilitates communication between the surgeon, perioperative team, and other hospital departments.
Minimum Qualifications: Formal Education Required • Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing • Licensed to practice registered professional nursing in the State of Ohio.
