CommQuest seeks part-time LPN Staff Nurse (LPN Float) for our Detox facility located in Canton, Ohio.
You will provide assessments, medications, and other medical treatment directed by your supervisor for clients suffering from addiction.

What you'll do:
Assess patient condition and implement treatment plans including assisting admission to detox unit
Educate patients on condition, medication, and treatment plan
Document nursing care via EHR.
Implement nursing care under clinical supervision of the Director and Medical Doctor.
Work and communicate effectively with Physician, Nurse Practitioner, Director, clinical staff, etc.
to provide best client care.
All other duties as assigned
Schedule:
Per needs of the facility.
Must have availability to work weekends and holidays
Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum of High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
Associate's degree in Nursing is a plus!
Minimum LPN currently licensed in the State of Ohio, with no current license restrictions
Previous knowledge of mental health and/or addictions is highly desired
Must be professional and team player working together for the benefit of our clients
