Licensed Independent Social Worker

Licensed Independent Social Worker - Clinical Psych360, now part of Mindcare, is seeking a Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW or LISW-S) to join our team and provide counseling services primarily for Nursing Homes and Assisted-Living communities through in person visits.
Compensation: $70,000 per year + Bonus Opportunities Position Summary: Design and implement treatment programs Evaluate patients willingness to change Consult with other Mental Health professionals Provide brief psychotherapy, crisis intervention and/or personal counseling utilizing individual, conjoint and group treatment modalities Provide information regarding community-based organizations and social services Complete discharge plans Council/ Educate family members by advising on the most appropriate/helpful roles they can fulfill in the treatment process.
