*JOB REQUIREMENTS*
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn
* Communicate professionally with all customers, staff, and supervisors
* Demonstrate hospitality and exhibit knowledge of food service industry
* Must be able to follow proper food handling and preparation guidelines
* Ability to remain stationary for long periods of up to four (4) hours in length
* Must be able to safely reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 50 pounds
* Must be able to speak clearly and listen attentively to employees and dining room staff
* Possession of finger and hand dexterity for using small tools and equipment
* Must be 18 years old (age can be changed- market specific)
