Instructional Design Assistant (Temporary Role) Remote Your Seat at the Table: Assist Instructional Design Manager with creation of learning experiences for Corporate and Plant Teams.
Assist with development of courses, programs and curriculum.
Prepare learning materials for course development.
Coordinate the requests for content creation.
Prepares learning activities, assignments, and assessments for course creation and development.
Create Instructor and participant guides and other course materials.
Assist with management of learning management system.
Upload and assign completed courses in the LMS system.
Writes scripts for learning content.
Works with technical staff to troubleshoot problems reported by users.
What you Bring to the Table: High School Diploma Knowledge of learning management systems (LMS) a plus but will train the right candidate.
Project management and organizational skills Familiarity with Adult Learning Methodologies Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, PowerPoint, Excel, Word etc.
Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical colleagues.
