Receives and processes mail for community staff Accept all outgoing mail/packages Maintains and updates log of all emergency phone numbers Completes new admission sign ins Assists in sales process by performing tasks in support of special events and tours Performs other general administration duties as necessary Education/Experience/Licensure/Certification High School Diploma required Must possess strong interpersonal skills and capable of relating to a variety of people and personalities Should enjoy working with the senior population Personal initiative and sound judgment are also required Must have word processing and clerical skills Education Preferred High School or better Skills Preferred Microsoft Word Microsoft Excel Equal Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities The contractor will not discharge or in any other manner discriminate against employees or applicants because they have inquired about, discussed, or disclosed their own pay or the pay of another employee or applicant.
