Summary:
The EMO Culture Development Specialist helps to manage project and program plans, drafts communications, creates resources, designs visuals, and documents processes.
Duties & Responsibilities:
As a member of the team, you will be working alongside your peers (or assisting a senior member of the team) and others in the department focused on various activities which may include, but is not limited to:
Implement strategies to foster a positive organizational culture that aligns with the company's mission, values, and goals.
Participate in enterprise-wide project work, with peers across the organization, such as HR and DEI, to build and rollout enterprise solutions to solve for culture and engagement challenges.
Manage logistics, such as setting up meeting invites, developing meeting recaps, tracking follow-up items, and maintaining team member lists for Culture Advocate Groups.
Respond to inquiries, connects with Culture Champions, and helps answer questions or troubleshoot issues that may arise.
Draft verbiage for emails, articles, content, and resources to help tell the story of how we listen and involve team members in building our shared culture at Huntington to support team member engagement across segments and regions.
Develop and document meaningful materials, resources, stories, and digital assets to support the campaign development and promotion of our culture tied to goals for key performance indicators (KPIs) related to Culture, Trust and Engagement metrics across the enterprise that align with our purpose and values.
Document the desired organizational culture so all colleagues can access and articulate our culture more clearly to others.
Manage strategy project plans, timelines, documentation, resources, and budget for all colleague experience initiatives and research studies.
Track intake requests to ensure timely follow-ups with customers and partners.
Manage multiple colleague listening initiatives, in partnership with the Research and Insights team, to design and execute solutions for business segments, localized regions, and across the enterprise.
Create documentation and self-service resources for leaders across Huntington to leverage for research project execution, which may include: in-depth interviews, group discussions and online survey programming/data collection.
Help to interpret colleague data, reports, identify key opportunities, and help to make actionable recommendations.
Help to build materials to communicate findings and insights to business leaders and internal customers.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree and 1+ years related experience (5+ years of related experience required if no bachelor’s degree)
Preferred Qualifications:
Relationship Builder – Proven history of building relationships and working well with leaders, teams, and colleagues
Collaboration – Working closely with HR, DEI, peer group, broader organization, and external network to deliver excellence and not afraid to challenge the status quo
Data Analytics – Experience in analyses and interpretation of quantitative and qualitative data into actionable insights
