This is a growth position with a lot of upside potential.
This is a hybrid role with 3 days per week in office.

Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and optimize complex SQL databases and queries to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data requirements.
• Create and maintain database schemas, indexes, and other database objects.
• Troubleshoot and resolve database performance issues, capacity issues, replication, and other distributed data issues.
• Write efficient, reliable, and maintainable code for various database applications.
• Perform data analysis, data cleansing, and data validation.
• Ensure data security and integrity through proper access controls and encryption.
• Support Data Warehouse Object creation and population, for Enterprise Data Warehouse.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for database processes and procedures.
Requirements:
• 8+ years of experience with SQL Server, Integration Services and Reporting Services.
• C Sharp experience is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Proven experience as a Senior SQL Developer or similar role in designing and managing SQL databases.
• Strong proficiency in SQL programming, query optimization, and performance tuning.
• Experience with database design principles, normalization, and indexing techniques.
• Familiarity with database security and backup procedures.
• Knowledge of data integration techniques, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
