| North Canton, OH Job Overview As a Programmer Analyst, you will be responsible for building and maintaining custom applications for TSG companies, developing interfaces, managing SQL databases and queries, and maintaining our general Business Intelligence (BI) platform.
Description of Duties Deploy/Maintain/Troubleshoot custom applications and interfaces for use by TSG companies.
Analyze and resolve SQL queries performance issues.
Create and modify stored procedures, reporting solutions, and other processes as required.
Development and support of internal applications w/ Visual Studio, VS Code, .
NET Framework, using C#.
Develop applications and visualizations using Microsoft SQL Server 2016 +, SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS), SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), and SQL Server Integrated Services (SSIS).
Continuously reviews, recommends, and improves processes and codebases as needed or directed.
Experience with Database Design and Modeling Works with users and help desk to document requirements, identify solutions and resolve issues as required.
Migrate legacy SharePoint/Excel Services applications to Power BI.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation in Visio and in other IT databases.
Performing other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications: 5+ years relevant experience in a similar technical role.
Experience with SQL programming.
Knowledge and ability to create MS-SQL stored procedures, scripts and queries.
Solid working knowledge of MVC.
