Our job developers/coaches work with individuals who have developmental disabilities and help integrate them into competitive employment.
Developers/coaches will help train individuals, teach them job searching skills, help them apply for positions, develop relationships with local employers, help clients complete work tasks, assist with accommodations, evaluate workers and enhance their work skills.
Prior experience and/or education in the following fields: Social Service, Education (Retired and Active teachers are encouraged to apply), Human Resources, or Medical is an asset.

CLEAN CRIMINAL BACKGROUND AND DRIVING RECORD (WITH VALID CAR INSURANCE) is required.
