*We are seeking Director of Crisis Stabilization Unit in Stark County, Ohio.
* The purpose of this position is to lead the CSU in Stark County to manage a multi-bed behavioral health crisis stabilization unit with 24/7 coverage.
*May be eligible for a sign-on bonus!*
*Duties include:*
* Develop and Maintain staffing schedule for the unit
* Coordinate admissions and discharges
* Develop and implement daily treatment regimen.
* Support coordination with other services for individuals admitted to unit.
* Provide clinical leadership, management, and direct care to individuals admitted to the crisis unit.
* Manage department’s operating budget
*Qualifications:*
* Master’s degree along with LISW or LPCC licensure or Bachelor’s degree with RN Licensure
* Must be eligible for an NPI number and an Ohio Medicaid number
* Acceptable driving record
* Candidates will be expected to complete a drug/alcohol screening within 48 hours of an offer of employment
*Preference given to the following candidates:*
* Past or current work management experience
* Past or current Experience in motivational interviewing, crisis intervention, and trauma informed care
This crucial position is available thanks to a nearly $4 million SAMHSA grant that Coleman received to implement Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinics (CCBHCs) in our service areas of greatest need.
