SUMMARY: Provide planning, installation, administration, monitoring, maintenance, support and troubleshooting of various technology products.
Troubleshoot and provide application support for all 3rd party application software.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.

Provide technical support for enterprise level applications including Dynamics 365, Kronos, Metafile, VMWare, Jira, Workday.
Communicate with and solve problems to meet the needs of end users.
Train staff about the use of new and existing software from ERP systems.
Optimize relational database performance.
Safeguard the security and integrity of the database environment.
Understand, apply, and recommend database standards and procedures and propose ways to improve the database environment.
Participate in information gathering meetings with clients to determine client needs, business goals, and desired outcomes.
Solves problems, provides assistance to other departments, answers questions about technical functionality, and provides technical support for products.
Participate in large projects requiring analysis and design skills.
Assist manager with project management status, tasks, and deliverables.
Write user and technical documentation for new databases and keep documentation for implemented databases up to date.
Keeps current in the software field, and stays informed and aware of latest industry practices and developments in application support and software design.
