Come join our Team!!!! Position Summary The position is responsible for complying and maintaining quantity and type of finished product, raw material and supplies stocked within a warehouse environment.
The position supports on-time delivery of all products and supports a lean and a safe working environment while focusing on continuous improvement, quality and supports teamwork throughout the Company.
Essential Job Functions Back up carousel machine operator.
Process all material pick plans and pick product for all customer orders from static shelving.
Process all production receipts.
Accurately count, stage, or re-route receipts from manufacturing and out processing.
Put away material receipts in static shelving.
Accurately count and stage RMA’s from customers and external DC’s.
Manage detailed inventory transactions in Company information system to maintain inventory accuracy on static shelving.
Participation in refining work procedures/instructions as needed.
Take an active role in customer satisfaction.
Cycle count for carousel and static shelves.
Marginal / Less Essential Job Functions Back up all Inventory Control Associate A functions.
Organization and housekeeping associated with finished goods storage.
Assist associates in support of a team environment.
Actively participate in department/shift/team meetings.
Actively support use of Scanlon Principals to enhance distribution team’s performance.
Meet all training and educational requirements as specified by department, work cell and/or location.

Educational Requirements High school diploma or GED.
Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
Other Qualifications Desired Training & Experience Previous distribution center experience.
Ability to understand QMS, quality standards, methods, and reporting requirements.
Ability to identify tools to ensure accurate post-processing and shipping requirements are met.
Ability to function within a team-oriented base environment.
Ability to change to varied workloads and circumstances.
Ability to demonstrate the use of Microsoft Word to compose correspondence and create simply Excel spreadsheets for documentation requirements.

License Required: N/A Visual Acuity: Must be able to visually detect small chips, cracks, voids, and similar defects in finished product with or without accommodation.
Must be able to read and differentiate tool descriptions/EDP#s and work instructions/procedures with or without accommodation.
Hearing Ability: Ability to meet the minimum essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
Working Conditions: Well lit, climate controlled, distribution center environment with moderate-loud noise levels.
Position subject to frequent light to medium lifting (up to 50lbs), carrying, pushing, pulling, reaching, bending, and climbing stairs.
Constant use of upper extremities with frequent gripping motions and wrist deviations.
Occasional reaching above shoulder height, below the waist or lifting as required to retrieve materials and finished product.
Position frequently handles sharp cutting tools.
Position may require continuous standing and walking.
Additional Comments Associate is required to follow other job-related duties, subject to all local, state, and federal laws and applicable regulations.
The associate must successfully perform all requirements of the position training plan.
When overtime is scheduled, it is mandatory.
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Shift Differential: $1.
