Job Title: Administrative Assistant - National Accounts The primary function of this role is to provide administrative support for the National Accounts department.
The Company goal is to continuously grow the revenues of National Accounts while maintaining profits, satisfying customer’s requirements and maintaining compliance with NFPA guidelines.
This job requires the ability and desire to work in a fast-paced multi-tasked environment with a focus towards administration, organization, reporting, data management, and customer service.
Essential Duties / Responsibilities: Include the following.
Other duties may be assigned.
Provide clerical support to the National Accounts Manager.
Extensive use of spreadsheets for compiling data.
Maintain contract warranty sites.
Provide customers with Certificate of Insurance renewals.
Provide back up support to the billing associates.
Update customer sites.
Provide weekly and monthly reports.
Provide back up support to the receptionist for the switchboard, during breaks and on call overflow.
Provide back up support to the mailroom/UPS.
Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Education / Work Experience: High School Diploma or GED is required.
3+ years of administrative experience is required.
Construction industry experience is a plus.
Computer Skills: Computer Skills: Significant experience with Microsoft Office applications (e.
g.
, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
