Job Description
You will lead the direct labor manufacturing associates to improve People, Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and Inventory.
Manage the daily production team to complete the schedule.
Responsible for Electronic Assembly and Final Assembly.
You will promote policy deployment for area including Measurement charts, action plans and countermeasures.
Coordinate operations and maintenance support for production.
Coordinate Production efficiency, improvement activities & manage cost to budgets.
Support, use and promote the Rockwell Operating System (ROS) and Lean Manufacturing concepts to improve through Kaizen Develop and monitor operational budget for production.
You will lead and monitor projects to improve Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, Productivity, and Cost.
Including 5S projects to improve department environment and efficiency.
Develop production strategy/metrics and implementation of related manufacturing strategies.
Operational leadership including successful Lean implementation resulting in productivity gains.
Meet with Production Team Leaders, reflecting on problems, solutions, and challenges, thereby creating a culture of continuous improvement and contributing to becoming a learning organization.
You will lead the Production in daily operations and continuous improvements which include supply chain production control, establishing manufacturing priorities, coordination of activities with off-shift management and order shipments.
Emphasize the creation of product flow, use pull systems where flow is not possible, and works to level the workload.
Create the basis for continuous improvement and employee empowerment by ensuring that standardized work/processes are followed, countermeasures implemented, and the area is compliant with safety requirements.
You will report directly to the DIRECTOR, TWINSBURG OPERATIONS
Basic Qualifications:
5+ years of management experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
2+ years of hands-on experience with Lean, Six Sigma
Ability to support all 4 shifts (1st, 2nd, 3rd & weekend)
Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or equivalent degree or education.
Legal authorization to work in the US is required.

Preferred Qualifications:
5+ years of manufacturing experience in a lean environment
Lean Green Belt certification.
