Summary: Maintain a corporate profit contribution by managing staff, promoting a safe environment, and establishing and accomplishing business objectives.

Develops and maintains an effective organization through recruiting, training, coaching and disciplining staff; communicating values, strategies, and objectives; assigning accountabilities, planning, monitoring and appraising job results as well as instituting salaries and developing incentives.

Review and maintain plant operations with staff, P&L and outside resources to facilitate corporate objectives.

3.
Accomplishes subsidiary objectives by establishing plans, budgets, and result measurements; allocating resources, reviewing progress; making mid-course corrections as required for profit sustainability.

4.
Coordinates effort by establishing procurement, production, marketing, field and technical services policies and practices; coordinating actions with corporate staff.
\*
5.
Builds company image by collaborating with customers and employees and enforcing ethical business practices.
\*
6.
Maintain service quality by establishing and enforcing ND business standards.
\*
7.
Ensures maintenance of facility equipment, machinery, and building structure.
\*

Supervisory Responsibilities:

Education/Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree required; and minimum 5 years management experience required.
