Duties:
- Manage and oversee sales projects from initiation to completion
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors to ensure project success
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality standards are met
- Collaborate with sales team to develop project proposals and estimates
- Review and analyze project specifications, blueprints, and contracts
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience as a Sales Project Manager or similar role in the construction industry
- Proficient in construction management software such as HeavyBid, Bluebeam, ProCore, Prolog, etc.
- Strong knowledge of project coordination, scheduling, and budgeting
- Familiarity with civil engineering software like Civil 3D is a plus
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents
