ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.
Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting.
Conduct on-site installations, repairs, and maintenance services for clients, both domestically and internationally.
Collaborate with engineering teams to provide insights for product improvement based on field experience.
Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
Requires approximately 20% travel with the majority being in the United States
Observes mechanical devices in operation and listens to their sounds to locate causes of trouble.
Dismantles devices to gain access to and remove defective parts.
Inspects used parts to determine changes in dimensional requirements.
Adjusts functional parts of devices and control instruments.
Repairs or replaces defective parts.
Installs special functional and structural parts in devices.
Lubricates and cleans parts.
Starts devices to test their performance.
Sets up and operates mill, drill press, grinder, and other metalworking tools to make and repair parts.
Travels to customer locations for repairs and installations.
Other duties may be assigned.
Special consideration given to applicants with CCTV, networking and camera/DVR systems
