Salary: $65,000 - 90,000 – plus quarterly performance-based bonuses.
Schedule: Monday – Friday 7:00am – 3:30pm is the standard production schedule.

A dynamic and innovative manufacturing company, located in Wadsworth, OH, dedicated to producing high-quality products in the plastic and wood case goods industry, is seeking a *Production Supervisor* to join their team and help drive production operations to new heights.

Job Description: As a Production Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the production processes and ensuring the timely and efficient completion of production orders.
You will be responsible for coordinating and managing the production team, scheduling orders, and working closely with management and sales teams to prioritize tasks.
Your leadership and expertise will be essential in maintaining the highest standards of quality and productivity.
*Key Responsibilities:*
• Production Oversight: Manage all aspects of production orders from initiation to completion, ensuring quality standards are met and deadlines are achieved.
• Team Leadership: Lead and motivate production associates, providing guidance and support to ensure a cohesive and efficient work environment.
• Scheduling: Develop production schedules, allocate resources, and adjust plans as needed to meet production goals and customer demands.
• Collaboration: Work closely with management and sales teams to set production priorities, address any issues, and ensure seamless communication throughout the organization.
• Recruitment: Conduct interviews and participate in the hiring process to select qualified candidates for the production team.
• Performance Management: Administer performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and implement improvement plans to enhance team performance.
• Training: Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of production associates.
• Hands-On Support: When necessary, actively participate in production activities to assist the team and maintain production flow.
• Safety: Ensure that all production activities comply with safety regulations and company policies.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements, cost reduction, and efficiency enhancements within the production department.
*Qualifications:*
• Prior supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environment is essential.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
• Proficiency in production scheduling and resource allocation.
• Commitment to maintaining high-quality standards and meeting production targets.
